The working principle of creel stop motion is photoelectric conversion.
This device is fixed on creel, including three parts. Usually 1 pc of controller, several pcs of sensor bar, and 2 pcs of cable.
Sensor bar is composed of infrared sensors and droppers. Infrared sensor includes an infrared emitter and an infrared receiver. When creel works, yarns go through the round holes at the top of droppers. Droppers are keeped upon the optical path under the action of yarn tension. Infrared beam is launched from the infrared emitter to the infrared receiver. After the photosensitive tube inside the infrared receiver receives the infrared light, it converts light signals into high voltage signal.
When one of the yarns is broken, the corresponding dropper will fall down, thus blocking the infrared light. The photosensitive tube will output low potential signals, which will make the machine stopped by the controller.

1. At the time of delivery, some free wearing parts will be sent to the customer together with the machine so that when certain part is damaged, it can be replaced as soon as possible, reducing downtime and ensuring the normal production work of the customer's factory to the maximum extent.
2. We will send engineers to customer's factory for installation and commissioning, and train the warpers how to operate the machine.
3. We will set up a network communication group composed of sales staff and after-sales service engineers for each customer, so that customers can get the solution about machine problems in the first time.
4.We provide a one-year warranty period. Within one year, any parts damage caused by non-human factors we will send new parts to the customer free of charge for replacement. Customers only need to bear the freight, do not need to pay the cost of parts.

6. How long is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary according to the quantity and model purchased by the customer and the number of orders from our factory. Generally speaking, the delivery time of conventional models is about 45 days, and the delivery time of special models is about 60 days.
7. How many containers does one machine need?
Generally speaking, for machines with a working width of less than 2800mm, one 40" container is required. For machines with a working width of more than 2800mm, two 40" containers are required.
8. I have a warping machine of another brand. I am looking for some accessories for it. Can you provide them?
