01 DRIVING WAY

02 WEFT INSERTION SYSTEM

Suspension guide hook weft insertion method

The high-speed conjugate cam beating mechanism on both sides of the middle part of the fuselage is adopted, the beating is strong and powerful, the movement is stable, the deformation of the beating weft axis is small, and the cloth style of the fabric is good.
04 ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM
Optical fiber communication is used between the main servo and the main control board, which has fast transmission continuity and good dry resistance. The whole machine adopts 32-bit CPL scattered computer intelligent control of warp breaking, weft breaking, empty weft, weft insertion, positioning and stopping, automatic quality measurement and fault display. The white line statistics of the loom are sensitive, and the online/cloud monitoring can be realized
05 WEFT FINDING SYSTEM
Two ways to find the weft: 1. electric weft finding, 2. hydraulic weft finding. The principle is that the main engine and the dobby are separated from each other when the weft is found, and the dobby movement is directly driven by the main motor to realize weft finding. The action is accurate to ensure that the fabric does not appear wrong, which is conducive to eliminating the traces of driving, reducing the source of failure, reducing the failure rate, and improving the weaving efficiency. The wide jacquard machine can adopt the principle of forward and slow reverse homing.
